As Knowlettwoods primarily offers training, certification, and digital learning services, physical product returns may not generally apply.

However, for any study material, books, kits, or physical learning resources supplied by us:

  • Requests for replacement must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • Damaged or defective items may be replaced after verification.

Knowlettwoods reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to courier or logistics partner performance.
  • Knowlettwoods shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

For digital services:

  • Access credentials, training links, invoices, and confirmations are delivered via registered email ID or phone number provided during registration.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
