Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Knowlettwoods, we strive to provide high-quality training and certification services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests.
1. Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email within 15 days of enrollment or payment.
- Cancellation requests received after training commencement may not be eligible for refunds.
- Examination fees, certification fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the participant.
- Cancellation initiated and approved by Knowlettwoods.
- Non-availability of the training program due to operational reasons from our end.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed training sessions
- Downloaded learning material
- Exam vouchers or certification fees
- Promotional or discounted training programs
- Corporate/group training engagements
4. Rescheduling
Participants may request batch rescheduling subject to availability and approval by Knowlettwoods.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds shall be processed within 30–45 business days through the original payment method.
