Program Registration:

Please be advised that securing registration for a specific program is contingent upon the following conditions:

• Complete payment of the Program Charges must be made through a Current Dated Cheque, Demand Draft, Online Transfer, or Credit Card within Two (2) Days of the Registration and, in any case, before the program start date.
• The registration must be explicitly acknowledged by an employee of knowlettwoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. through email.
• An Online Admit Card, mandatory for the First (01) Day of the Training Program, will be issued to you.

Payments via cheque should be made in favour of “KNOWLETT LEARNING LLP,” payable at New Delhi. Alternatively, you have the option to pay using credit card, debit card, cheque, or online via Razorpay.

Please note that we do not have any affiliated companies in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh. All financial transactions or interactions should be conducted exclusively with our knowlettwoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. employee.

If you opt for payment by cheque, your seat will be confirmed only upon the successful realisation of the cheque, i.e., when the cheque is cleared, and we receive the funds in our account.

Should a cheque be returned due to insufficient funds, a grace period of Two (2) Business days will be granted for you to make full payment. An additional fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged for each returned cheque.

Failure to make payment for any reason may lead to collection proceedings, and we reserve the right to inform APMG that your Course Transcript or Certificate has been suspended due to non-payment.

The Program Charges encompass registration/participation fees, along with all other Program Deliverables, including snacks/lunch during the Four Days Training Program.

Program Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Our commitment to delivering high-quality training includes unforeseen circumstances that may lead to program cancellations. Such circumstances may include inclement weather, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment.

While we recognize your dedication to the PRINCE2® Certification Exam, we assure you that we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule any cancelled program or provide alternative arrangements for your training.

If a program is cancelled, you have the flexibility to choose from the following options:

• Reschedule the program for a later date.
• Enrol in a similar program available at a different time.
• Opt for a full refund.

Refunds are processed within Fifteen (15) business days from the scheduled program end date.

Fees Refund and Program Rescheduling Policy:

To ensure a seamless learning experience, our knowlettwoods Consulting Team invests significant effort in logistical arrangements such as hotel accommodations and travel plans.

Cancellation or non-attendance of the full training program incurs fees based on the following guidelines:

• Cancellation before Seven (07) business days of the program start date results in a Rs. 2,500/- cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within Seven (7) business days of the program start date forfeits the entire course fee.
• Refunds are processed Thirty (30) business days after the program’s end date.

You also have the option to reschedule your program, subject to availability and knowlettwoods Consulting Management approval. No rescheduling fee is applied if done before Seven (07) business days prior to the class start date. Otherwise, a nominal rescheduling fee of Rs 3200/- is levied.

Postponing a program and later cancelling it results in the forfeiture of program charges.

For a successful PRINCE2® Certification Exam attempt, attending the complete training program without interruption is strongly recommended. Failure to do so entails consequences, including nullifying the unique offer to pay exam rescheduling fees, levying a rescheduling charge of INR 3200/-, and withholding/not issuing the PDUs Certificate until the entire training program is completed.

PRINCE2® Certification Information

1. Foundation Exam:

3. The official result from the exam body will be sent to us via email within 2-3 weeks.
