• Please be aware that we do not have any associated/partner companies in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad & Chandigarh – and all financial transactions must be conducted directly with a knowlettwoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. employee.
• If you choose to pay by cheque, your seat will be confirmed only upon successful clearance of the cheque and receipt of funds in our account.

Program Cancellation Policy

In the event of inclement weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel a particular program.

• We value your dedication to achieving the ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam, and thus, we will exert all reasonable efforts to reschedule a cancelled program or make alternative arrangements to ensure your training needs are met.
• You have the flexibility to reschedule the program, enroll in a similar program available at another time, or opt for a full refund.
• All refunds are processed within Fifteen (15) business days from the scheduled end date of the program.

Fees Refund & Program Rescheduling Policy

In order to provide you with an enriching experience, the knowlettwoods Consulting Team dedicates considerable effort behind the scenes.

• Therefore, it is necessary to impose fees if you decide to Cancel Your Registration or if you Do not Attend/Complete the Training Program as scheduled.
• If a candidate is unable to attend a booked course or examination, it is the candidate’s responsibility to NOTIFY knowlettwoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. via email as soon as possible.
• Cancellation before Seven (07) business days of the actual program start date will incur a fee of Rs. 1,000/-.
• Cancellation within Seven (7) business days of the actual program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.
• All refunds will be processed within Thirty (30) business days after the end date of the scheduled program.
• You also have the option to postpone your program to another date, subject to availability and approval from knowlettwoods Consulting Management.
• No re-scheduling fee is charged if re-scheduling is done before Seven (07) business days prior to the actual class start date. Otherwise, a Nominal Re-scheduling fee of Rs 1000/- applies.
• Cancellation of a postponed program results in forfeiture of program charges.
• To maximize your chances of clearing the ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam on your FIRST ATTEMPT, knowlettwoods strongly recommends that you Attend the Full Training Program continuously.

In case, You are not able to attend the Full Training program at once:-

• Our 45 Days – Passing Assurance becomes invalid.
• The issuance of the 15 Contact Hours Certificate will be suspended until you complete the Training Program.

No Refund – Rescheduling Policy for ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam Fee

If you miss any class/session, you will receive complimentary access to the recorded session within 24 hours. If you wish to attend the missed class in a subsequent session, you may do so by booking it for a fee. The charge for this service is INR 250 per hour. However, Passing Assurance becomes invalid.

• Once a participant books the exam, knowlettwoods orders the papers from the Examination Body.
• Once ordered, the exam papers cannot be reused or returned to the Examination Body if you fail to attend the exam.

Therefore, no requests for refund or rescheduling of the exam fee will be entertained under any circumstances.

PRE-CONDITION

You are required to:

• Achieve a minimum score of 80% in each Individual Mock Test.
