• Kindly note, we do not have any association/partner companies in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad & Chandigarh – and any financial transaction or otherwise has to be done with our KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. employee Only.

Program Cancellation Policy

• We may have to cancel any particular Program due to inclement weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We understand & appreciate your commitment to ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam and as such, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule a cancelled program or make alternate arrangements to provide you with training.
• You have the option to re-schedule the program or enroll for similar program available at another time or choose to obtain a full refund.
• All refunds are processed in Fifteen (15) business days from the scheduled program end date.

Fees Refund & Program Rescheduling Policy

• To deliver enriching experience to you, KnowledgeWoods Consulting Team puts a lot of hard work behind the scenes.
• As such, it becomes necessary to levy fees if you choose to Cancel Your Registration or Do not Attend / Complete the Training Program at once.
• If a candidate cannot attend a booked course or examination, it is the candidate’s responsibility to INFORM KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. by email as soon as possible.
• If you cancel after registration before Seven (07) business days of the actual program start date, you will be charged Rs. 1,000/- towards cancellation fees.
• Cancellation within Seven (7) business days of the actual program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.
• All refunds will be processed Thirty (30) business days after the end date of the actual scheduled program.
• You also have the option to postpone your program to another program, subject to availability and KnowledgeWoods Consulting Management approval.

In case, You are not able to attend the Full Training program at once:-

• 15 Contact Hours Certificate will be On-Hold/Not Issued till you complete the Training Program.

No Refund – Rescheduling on ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam Fee

If you missed out on any class/session – you will be provided with access to the recorded session for that class/session free of charge within 24 hours. If you wish to attend the missed class you could book the same in next available class by paying a fee. The Charges for the same will be INR 250 per hour. However Passing Assurance stands null & void.

• Once a participant books the exam, the papers are ordered by KnowledgeWoods from Examination Body.
• Once ordered, the Exam papers cannot be re-used or returned to Examination Body in case you don’t turn up for the exam.

Validity

• The validity cannot be broken or divided into parts. This is a continuous duration and is applicable from the date of course activation

Deliverables

• All deliverables are in electronic form and no component will be physically shipped or delivered.

E-Certificate

• On successful completion of the course, an E-Certificate shall be mailed electronically. No paper/physical shipment will be done.
• The participant can print a copy of the certificate for personal use.

Start Date or Activation Date

• The start date will not be later than 3 working days after payment is received from the customer and realized by the bank.
• In case of advance purchases, the customer will have the option of specifying the activation date at the time of registration.

Minimum Hardware/Software Requirements

• The customer has to undertake the responsibility of checking the hardware and software compliances / requirements before making a purchase.

• The eLearning course also requires latest Adobe Flash Player plug-ins. Please download the same before launching the course.
• The courses are hosted on a web server hence require good internet connectivity.

• There will be frequent outages planned for maintenance purposes. This might require patch uploads, version updates and other necessary housekeeping jobs.
• There will be scheduled downtime announced to keep the system in a healthy running state. Customer cooperation is expected in such situations.
• However, such system downtime shall not exceed 1%.
