By registering online, by phone, in person, or via email for the knowlettwoods PRINCE2 AGILE® FOUNDATION Preparation Program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Program Registration:

Please note that registration for a specific program cannot be considered guaranteed until:

1. Full payment of the Program Charges is made via Current Dated Cheque/Demand Draft/Online Transfer/Credit Card within Two (2) Days of Registration and, in any case, before the program start date.
2. Acknowledgment is received from a knowlettwoods employee via email.
3. An Online Admit Card is issued to you, which is mandatory to carry on the First (01) Day of the Training Program.

Cheques should be made payable to “KNOWLETT LEARNING LLP” and are to be paid in New Delhi. Alternatively, payment can be made by credit card, debit card, cheque, or online via Razorpay.

Please note that we do not have any association/partner companies in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh. Any financial transactions or dealings must be conducted solely with a knowlettwoods employee.

If payment is made by cheque, your seat will be confirmed only upon successful clearance of the cheque. In the event of a cheque being returned due to insufficient funds, you will have Two (2) Business days to make full payment. An additional fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged for each returned cheque.

Failure to make payment for any reason may result in collection proceedings, and we reserve the right to notify PeopleCert that your Course Transcript or Certificate has been suspended due to non-payment.

The Program Charges cover registration/participation charges and all other Program Deliverables, including snacks/lunch during the Four Days Training Program.

Program Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel any Program due to inclement weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule a cancelled program or make alternative arrangements to provide training.

You have the option to re-schedule the program, enroll for a similar program available at another time, or opt for a full refund. All refunds will be processed within Fifteen (15) business days from the scheduled program end date.

Fees Refund & Program Rescheduling Policy:

To ensure a enriching experience, knowlettwoods puts considerable effort into logistics, hotel arrangements, and travel arrangements. Consequently, fees are levied if you choose to cancel your registration or do not attend the full training program.

If you cancel after registration but before Seven (07) business days of the actual program start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of Rs. 2,500/-. Cancellation within Seven (7) business days of the actual program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.

All refunds will be processed Thirty (30) business days after the end date of the actual scheduled program.

You also have the option to postpone your program to another date, subject to availability and approval from knowlettwoods Management. No re-scheduling fee is levied if re-scheduling is done before Seven (07) business days prior to the actual class start date. Otherwise, a nominal re-scheduling fee of Rs. 3200/- is applicable. Cancellation of a postponed program results in forfeiture of program charges.

For optimal chances of success in clearing the PRINCE2 AGILE® FOUNDATION Certification Exam on your first attempt, knowlettwoods strongly recommends attending the Complete Training Program continuously. 

In case you are unable to attend the Full Training Program at once:

– Our Unique Offer to Cover your Exam Re-Scheduling Fees will be void.

– A Rescheduling Charge of INR 3200/- will be levied.

– PDU’s Certificate will be On-Hold/Not Issued until you complete the Entire Training Program.

PRINCE2 AGILE® FOUNDATION Certificates:

1. Pass/Fail results are communicated by the Trainer within 24 hours of the exam.
2. Official Results from the exam body are communicated to us within 2-3 Weeks via email, and the same is shared with participants via email/phone call.

iii. Only Soft Copies of Certificates will be issued by AXELOS®. 

Please note: For Hard Copies of Certificates, participants must bear an additional charge of INR 2000/- for each certificate.
